Having personally witnessed close family members struggle with both the physical and emotional challenges of chronic conditions spurred my passion to specialize in medical psychotherapy. Also, the last seven years as medical social worker has allowed me to work directly with individuals and their family at their most sensitive moments in the hospital.

Living Well with Illness and Pain Group
Designed for adults struggling to cope with an illness, injury or pain. Medical problems, new or ongoing, can flip your world upside down. Get support around addressing the emotional impact of living with pain/illness like anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Required individual session, a minimum of 4 sessions commitment for continuity and cohesion of the group. Weekly group, 60-90 min, 3-8 people. $250 / month, paid at the beginning of each month or $60 / session.
